New Jewelry Sneak Peak

Photos: Patrick Reinholz

While preparing for a day at the Fremont Market in Seattle this summer, I've been busy creating numerous pieces. Earring and necklaces that have an earthy feel. I'm working hard on stylizing that natural feel that is abundant with components and beads available to jewelry makers.

I hand select each component, look at the inherent qualities, take a mental inventory of the supplies and pieces in inventory and work the components into a finished piece at some point in the future. Rather than following a pattern, the cabochon, pendant or bead drives the design. Its very process oriented and intuitive.
